What to expect in a review:
- analysis of your manuscript based on its content
If it is fiction or autobiographical prose, then the reviewer will evaluate whether the plot is consistent and/or original, characters are believable and multi-dimensional, and dialogues are of good quality. In non-fiction, the reviewer will analyse whether the main idea is sufficiently developed and whether the information offered to readers is valuable and reliable.
- analysis of the overall quality of your text in terms of vocabulary and syntax.
- analysis of the compliance of your manuscript with the values and profile of the publisher (please see above).
- analysis of the competitiveness of your text in the book market
Comparison of the text with existing books on the topic; preliminary estimate of possible chances of promoting your book if published.
- up to 25,000 words - CHF 200
- 25,000-50,000 words - CHF 300
- 50,000-100,000 words - CHF 400
- 100,000-150,000 words - CHF 500
- More than 150,000 words - by individual agreement
Payment is made at the time of signing the contract for the service.
